METHOD OF FUNCTIONING:

Air curtains help to save energy and provide comfortable temperature in premises.

Air curtain system is used for separating two climate zones from each other. Air in room where the device is installed keeps the constant temperature which helps to save up to 70% of energy that without the use of air curtain would be lost through the opened door. We offer curtains with or without heating system (water or electric heating system)

Adventages of using air curtains:

Aircurtains create invisible barriers in open doorways, thus protectingareas from uncontrollable heat losses by up to 80%. They enable forthe economical operation of other heating sources and provideefficient protection against insect invasion, microorganisms, dust,engine exhausts and doorway draughts.
They create thermally-clearentryways, enabling staff to work in a much more pleasantenvironment, thus increasing the standard of the areas they work in.

Air curtain selection criteria

• installation height - higher the dorway, the more powerful the device must be

• dorway width - single curtains can be installed together, so they can cover even very wide doorways

• temperature level in the room - in warm places there is no need to install air curtains with powerfull heating system. In some cases curtains with no heating system at all may be installed

AC 600  montaż 4.0 – 8.0 m (downside blowing)
- Creates a very effective air curtain, with air at high speed being forced out through a narrow slot in the floor inside the door opening.
- Blows from below and provides almost 100% protection against cold draughts.
- The fan pillar can be positioned at either side of the door. For large doors, two fan pillars are often required. They can be positioned one on each side or both at the same side.
